CREDIT CARD AND DEPOSIT

Your credit card details are necessary to confirm and guarantee your reservation at Ca’s Xorc. Our computer system will verify their correctness. A deposit of 25% of the total stay or a minimum of 1 night fee will be charged to your credit card as a deposit for bookings . The remaining amount will be due upon departure.

In order to protect your personal information, this website has procedures and appropriate online business systems. For example, the information of your credit card is transmitted via a secure server protocol, which encrypts your personal information and your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your booking without any cancellation fee applying until 30 days before your anticipated arrival date.

If you cancel 29 – 15 days before arrival, we will charge 25% of your total anticipated stay with us.

If you cancel 14 – 8 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of your total anticipated stay with us.

If you cancel 7 – 1 day(s) before arrival, we will charge 75% of your total anticipated stay with us.

If you for any reason do not cancel your booking and you are not presenting yourself in the hotel for check-in on the expected day of your arrival (“no show”), we will charge 75% of your total calculated booking value. In case of sudden departure, all cancelled room nights in reference to original booking will be charged.
